Heat problems and need to be aligned with building’s green mark platimum certification
Installed Green40 as it is Singapore Green Building Product certified of 4 ticks which is the highest performance film. Removed old existing films too.
There are 4 link bridges originally installed with other brand of window film that uses heat absorption as heat blocking technology. However, the performance was not up to par and the films started to spoil only after 2 years. The management thus decided to use our heat reflecting technology films instead. Also installed for skylight which is 36meters high, using spider lift to access.
